This is a comic of Adventures of Spider-Man No. 2 released by The Marvel Comics Group in May, 1996.  The grade is probably at least a Near Mint but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The book is complete and intact.  It has been kept in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
