In fair Victorian antique condition with more than typical used wear on covers..Pages are good with foxing...though some are nearly loose or creased.

There is tape repair in volume 2 which is the the poorer of the 2 volumes.

Both are signed by local preacher Reverend F. J. Jackson and volume 2 is signed by Hebron Maine Professor John King

1st edition collected annuals of the Pulpit.
