Dust cover is in bad shape. Some tears and a couple of stain spots. The hardcover shows wear around the edges. The corners are split open and the bottom of the cover has some indention marks from poor storage. Binding seems ok. Pages appear clean and in excellent condition except a smudge on the collective front edge of the pages. Features a fabric accent on the binding edge of the cover. Measures approx 15 X 10.25 X .5
