You are buying the 1 cap pictured that will fit most 13" steel wheels as long as the car is rear wheel drive. This is a very hard style of hubcap to find. Quantity one means one hubcap. This was specifically used on 1975 to 1980 Chevy models with 13" steel wheels i.e. Vega and Monza.
