Directions

• Coughs, Colds and Flu – Inhalation: Add 5 mL to 500 mL of hot water and inhale. Sprinkle a few drops onto a handkerchief or pillow.
• Topical: Adults Only: As a chest rub, mix 5 drops (¼mL) to 10 mL of vegetable oil and massage onto chest and back.
• Arthritic and Muscular Aches & Pains: Mix 5 drops (¼mL) with 10 mL vegetable oil, massage into affected areas. Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs.
• Cleans & Freshens: Add 2 capfuls to water to remove odours on floors, kitchen and hard surfaces.
• Stains, Grease & Tar: Helps remove stains, grease and tar by rubbing with an oil moistened cloth.
• Freshen Clothes: Freshen woollens and other clothes by adding 2 capfuls to wash.
