Delta Kitchen Faucet Escutcheon Cover Plate in Venetian Bronze Finish.  From a "Charmaine" single handle pull down faucet set and may also fit others as well.  The cover plate measures 10.75" from left to right and the two shanks that go in the mounting holes are just a hair under 8" apart measuring center to center.
