Please note the distance between the gateway and the smart door lock is no more than 26ft (8 meters) to ensure a good signal connection. And your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network when paring the gateway.
Warm Notice: There is no power adapter included in the package. Just one Wi-Fi Gateway and one USB cable. Please use DC5V 1A micro USB power adapter to power for it.
