This is a Decal not a Sticker. This item does not have a background and is applied using transfer tape that has already been applied to the item. The transfer tape has colored lines to help with alignment when applying the decal. The lines are not apart of the image.
We offer free shipping on sizes 4-8 inch due to them fitting in a standard envelope. All other sizes have the shipping cost added into the price of the decal.
