This vintage cookbook is all about useing a pressure cooker. It gives details about what a pressure cooker is, and how to use it to prepare all types of food from meats and vegetables, to cereal and puddings. It also gives instructions for using the pressure cooker to can your foods safely.

The hardback covers are heavily worn with fraying and tears. Inside pages have yellowed with age, have some brittleness, and rust along the spine area where they are held together with a large red metal comb binding. The book is complete.
