Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened/unused. Once opened, you are accepting the product and may not return it. Return shipping as well as original shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I list as many details as possible to ensure that you, as an online buyer, know exactly what to expect. I feel it is important to know exactly what you are getting online when you are unable to see the actual product in front of you. I do my best to post photos, list any dates and describe my items the best I can. If you ever have any questions at all, please ask up front before you commit to your purchase.

 

Quality issues with items that are sealed from the manufacturer, I only purchase from reliable sources and only sell items that have proven quality and positive feedback.

 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages are my responsibility up until tracking shows they were delivered. Once tracking shows "delivered," you are responsible for making sure your item does not sit outside where it can get stolen. I always recommend having your item(s) held for pickup from your local post office to avoid any theft. If your item arrives damaged from being mistreated, you must notify me the same day that tracking shows the item was delivered. You must also provided photos and keep all items/packaging until the issue is resolved.
