This is a Vintage VTG Sichel Varsity LARGE (But probably fits more like a Extra Large) Wool with Leather Sleeves Jacket from ADI Aerospace Dynamics Airplanes.  Embroidered on the back is The Sky is not the Limit.  Actual measurements are Armpit to armpit is 29 inches and collar to bottom is 28 inches.
