This is a Star Wars Luke Skywalker in X-Wing Fighter Pilot Gear with Blaster Pistol and Lightsaber (69581) The Power of the Force made by Kenner in 1995.  It is Mint on a hanging card and hasn't been removed or played with.  It measures 9" X 6" X 1 1/4".

The pictures are of the actual item being auctioned.  It has been stored in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
