This climber has a wavy, gentle slide that provides smooth rides and soft landings for your young one. It also has a secret play area underneath that allows for hide-and-seek games for hours of fun. The outdoor slide climber has wide, multi-level platforms that help make it easy for little ones to climb up to the landing. This toy has a weight limit of 60 pounds per child and can accommodate three users at one time. Adult assembly is required, but is simple and built rugged once completed. This piece should be played with outside and is easy to clean with a hose or spot clean as needed.

All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days, however, please allow 3-10 business days.  We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs.  Tracking information will be provided and uploaded as soon as it becomes available and the item has shipped.  
 
Exchange/Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products. You can request a refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. (Restocking Fee May Apply).  When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase.    
 
Please do not send a return without contacting us, you will need to get a return authorization number from us, and the return address may be different from the source address.
