This listing is for a set of 4 vintage boys magazines from the 1920's.  Three of the magazines are titled "Pluck and Luck, Stories of Adventure" and the fourth is titled "Secret Service, Old And Young King Brady Detectives".  The Secret Service is dated August 12, 1921, edition #1177 and the price was 7 cents.  The Pluck and Lucks are dated, August 2, 1922, edition #1261, price 7 cents, September 5, 1923, edition #1318 price 7 cents and the last is dated February 13, 1924, edition #1341 and the price went up to 8 cents.  I have had these stored for over 20 years and they have always been in plastic bags and in plastic totes, but the pulp paper has  yellowed and is chips easily, as it as not supposed to last 100 years.  They also have a musty smell to them.  I did not take them out of the bags to take pictures so I don't know what type of images are on the inside but I do remember there being ads about getting into the expanding new field of radio from others that I had sold years ago.  There is some damage to each of them and two of them have writing in pencil and if you zoom in on the provided pictures you can see it.  Please see the photos provided for more details as they are part of the description and also shows what is included and the condition.  Please visit our store as we have a wide variety of items for sale and we will gladly combine items to save on shipping.
