This test detects the acrosomal protein SP-10 in semen. The assay is based on the binding of SP-10 (if present) to conjugated anti-SP-10 antibodies in the sample. A sperm concentration of ? 15 million/mL is the internationally accepted minimum sperm count for a fertile man.
Composition
Test cassettes (2 pcs.), collection cups (2 pcs.), seed transfer medium, sample dilution buffer, workbench, instructions for use.
Dose
The sample should be collected within 3-7 days after the last ejaculation.
