Good Preowned Condition - This hat has been worn with pride. There is some misshaping on the crown. It does need some minor cleaning but still looks good for its age. There is a tiny dot or pin hole on the inside of the brim as noted in the photos, but it does not go all the way through. The inside does have some stains. The writing on the sweatband has worn away. The size has been removed. I will measure the circumference with a cloth tape. There is not an original box. Because this is a used hat and has been worn, please go by my measurements for sizing. Stretching can occur from prior wear. Based on current measurements, approximate hat size is 6 5/8. As such, this hat is sold AS IS.

Shipping — the safest way to ship a hat is within a hat box that is shipped inside another box. However, shipping cost would then be prohibitively expensive. A compromise is to ship a hat within a right sized box (say 16x14x6) that safely contains the hat but is below the cubic foot USPS limit. However, even with packing paper, a hat can shift within the box and become distorted and may not exactly match the photos. This is especially true for soft fur felt hats. Some misshaping is to be expected, and a hat may require a bit of hand shaping (with perhaps some steam) to get the hat back in shape. Please plan accordingly when purchasing a hat.
