1. Prepare the seeds
Mix the seeds with sand to make them easier to handle.

2. Prepare the soil
Use a well-draining soil mix, such as a cactus mix, or mix in pumice or perlite.

3. Plant the seeds
Sprinkle the seeds on the surface of the soil and gently moisten. Don't bury them, as they don't like the dark.

4. Create a mini greenhouse
Cover the container with plastic wrap to increase humidity and create a mini greenhouse effect.

5. Provide light and warmth
Place the container in a spot with bright, indirect light and keep the day temperature around 25°C and the night temperature between 10°C and 20°C.

6. Water
Mist the soil with a spray bottle or water when the soil feels dry to the touch. Avoid over-watering, as young Haworthia plants are susceptible to root rot.

7. Fertilize
Once the seedlings have sprouted, you can start fertilizing them every two weeks with a diluted fertilizer solution.

8. Be patient
Germination can take anywhere from a week to a month.
