This is a new item in unopened factory sealed box.  The box does have condition issues.  It has some water damage on one side and the bottom has a marker mark on the UPC area.  It has a few dents on the bottom and sides.  See all photos for a better idea of condition.  The doll itself and all accessories appear to be in perfect condition.
