I do my best to work with everyone and package items safely. If item arrives damaged, please send me a picture of damaged item W/ damaged package within 48 hours of delivery.

If an item arrives damaged send me a message, (do not return the item unless requested), please send pictures of all sides of the packaging, the inside with the packing materials, and the damage of the item itself. Also please keep all original packaging and items for carrier insurance claim as the carrier may ask for it to inspect to process the claim. If pictures are not sent or item is not kept for the carrier then no refund will be issued.

If an item is not received or seems to be no tracking scans updated by the carrier please message me and I will be happy to put in a tracking case with the carrier that normally gets it moving again within a few days.

Most all the items are vintage and or have been used or played with previously (unless marked as new). Most items come from Estate, Yard Sales, Flea Markets ETC... so I do not know the history behind the items. THAT MEANS THEY ARE USED NOT PERFECT, ITEMS ARE FOUND AS IS AND SOLD AS IS. I DO MY BEST TO INFORM IF ITEMS ARE BROKEN OR HAVE CHIPS, NEED REPAIR ETC. Batteries are not included. Please ask questions and view ALL photos,(they are a large part of item description) before buying. Shipping price is for lower 48 States. PLEASE REMEMBER TO LEAVE FEEDBACK, AND I WILL DO THE SAME!
