We will ship most goods to all EU countries and the USA. All goods are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery if from the UK.

If coming from abroad, trek packing and courier will be done
Once we have packed and sent your item, you will receive a report saying we have sent it to you.

They do not include Southern Ireland, any offshore islands, the Highlands of Scotland, or international shipping to PO boxes.

RETURNS

If you have ordered something by mistake or simply decide that you don't want it, we can issue a refund for unwanted items within 14 days (about 2 weeks). But you, the buyer, will bear the cost of the return and be responsible for its delivery to us.

We recommend sending it by recorded mail. Only returnable if not as described within the 14-day return policy.
