The Hitachi KP-D20BU is a compact, color analog camera featuring a 1/2-inch CCD image sensor 
Features:

1/2-inch Color CCD Sensor: This sensor captures color images and offers decent image quality for its time.
Compact Design: The KP-D20BU is known for its small size, making it suitable for applications where space is limited.
4X Digital Zoom: This allows for electronically magnifying the image, but keep in mind digital zoom reduces overall image quality.
