This is a set of Peter Pan Premiums from Wendy's Kid's Meals from 2003. The set includes the hand hook, the Tinkerbell backpack clip, and the crocodile. All items are opened and used. 

Tinkerbell's wings flap when you push the button. Her wings glow in the dark. (I tried to get a picture of that but it didn't turn out so good.)

The crocodile has wheels which causes his head and legs to move when you push on him. 

The hook has some areas where the silver & gold fabric color is wearing thin. All toys are still in a good condition.
