This is a new outfit purchased at a craft fair. The woman that makes them has a website so you can look up her company,  "Dolly Dears"

Clothes are made to fit American Girl or other 18" dolls. The two pieces are still connected with the plastic hang-tag. 

The bodice and bottoms are green with the bottoms having an attached purple tutu.
