I believe quilt is from a cross stitch kid. All I can make of the tag is "Walt Disney and Needlecraft Co"

There are some small spots, the binding is frayed, and there are loose threads thoughout (the threads that make the quilted pattern.)

This is being sold AS IS for repairs.
