Your looking at a Kashmir Rose pattern #3954 vase by Shafford which was made in Japan.This vase is hand painted with pink, white and yellow flowers. There is a gold colored ruffled neck rim. Signed on bottom of vase (see photo). Measures 5.5 wide x 5.5 tall x 1.5 depth. Good condition. No cracks, dings or chips.
