Classic Watkins Laxative Tablet Tin Container Early 1900 Belladonna Quinine

Vintage Watkins Laxative-Cold Tablets Sliding Top Tin (Empty). From the Early 20th Century this was an Alkaloid Based Purgative that featured Belladonna, Quinine, Capsicum, Aloin and more. Promoted as a cold reliever-laxative combination it appears to have been a very powerful nostrum! Proximate 3" X 3.5" X 1"  Remarkably clean and straight, no rust or egregious dings. Great lithographed colors with a profile of JR Watkins himself on the cover.
