New, old stock. I recently bought several unworn vintage Carole pieces from an antique dealer. 

This one is new without tags.

Runs very large. Tagged a small, but is more like at least a large or maybe an XL.

The sleeves look to be the style of short sleeves, but are more like 3/4 sleeve length.

Measurements are approximate:

Underarm to underarm about 25"

Shoulder to front hem about 37"
