This is a 9 page booklet written by myself and self-published using a printing company. Mexican Gourmet Secrets Revealed - How to Create Sensational Tacos, Enchiladas and Burritos! (Illustrated) was written as a how-to guide to illustrate how to roll burritos, enchiladas, and tacos. Included is a helpful guide for determining how much beef to cook in order to make the quantity of tacos, enchiladas, or burritos desired.

This booklet contains one basic recipe for seasoning and cooking roast beef with Mexican flavor as a base to use in burritos, tacos, enchiladas, etc. The instructions for cooking other meats are not included, but you can use the same seasoning to cook chicken or pork and then shred or chop the meat for your Mexican dishes.

I use this same basic recipe to marinate steak..... even chuck steak will turn out tender if you marinate it following my basic recipe and then grill it slowly until done.

This booklet is authored by me. Through experimentation and practice, I developed and perfected my basic recipe and copyrighted it in 1991. My last name has changed since the copyright.

Even if you don't need the illustrated "How To" portion of my little booklet, you will still have my basic recipe that you can use as the basis for flavoring all of your Mexican dishes.

I try my best to describe every little detail about the items that are listed. I realize that the condition of a used or vintage item is pretty much a matter of opinion, and I do not claim to be an expert. I research to find as much information as possible. Returns must be received within 30 days, in the same packaging and same condition it was when shipped to you. Buyer pays return shipping with no refunds on the original shipping. Once the item is returned in the same condition it was when shipped, your purchase price will be refunded.

If the purchase price included shipping (FREE Shipping), the cost of the original shipping will be deducted before your refund is sent. Items returned in a different condition than when they were shipped are not eligible for a full refund.

If your item is damaged in shipment, contact me as soon as possible with photos of the package, packing materials and the damaged item. Once I see your photos showing it was damaged in shipment, I will refund your purchase 100%, including the shipping paid, without requiring a return of the damaged item(s). The photos are also needed to file the insurance claim on Priority Mail shipments.

Items are shipped within one business day of receiving your cleared payment. Combined shipping is calculated for multiple items combined in one payment. This can only be done by adding the items to your cart and then paying for them together. Request total from seller from your shopping cart and an invoice will be sent to you with the correct shipping.

Please pay with PayPal immediately or within 3 days of the end of an sale. To pay for multiple items at one time, add each item to your cart and then the shipping will be combined and you can request the total to have the combined shipping checked for accuracy and have a correct invoice sent to pay from.
