Instructions

1. Remove the plastic cover and apply to clean, dry skin. Do not use any creams or lotions prior to use.
2. Leave on during the day or overnight for a minimum of 3 hours. (Do not leave on for more than 8 hours)
3. Grab the 2 thumb pads on top and remove pad slowly in a downwards motion.
4. After 2-3 uses, wash pad gently with mild oil-free soap and allow to air dry.
5. Place the pad back on the plastic cover.

*Avoid using on irritated, scratched, or damaged skin.
*After 10-20 uses, the pad will start to lose its stickiness. Dispose of the pad and replace with a new one!
