Item Description
- 2-IN-1 WELDER: The ARC200 stick welder supports MMA/ARC/Stick and Lift TIG welding. At 200A on 220V, it can use 4.0 mm rods for 6.0-8.0 mm steel plates. At 140A on 110V, it can use 3.2 mm rods for 4.0-4.5mm steel plates. Recommended rods types are 6010, 6011, 6013, and 7018. Arc welder also features a 140A TIG welding function, TIG17V tig torch needs to be purchased separately.
- 110/220V Dual-Voltage: The stick welding machine supports 110/220V dual voltage and automatically detect input voltage, which enables the welder to work in different power environments. The welder has an LED digital screen to display parameters such as voltage and current. You can make real-time adjustments to improve welding efficiency.
- Arc force, Hot Arc, VRD: The MMA welder includes adjustable hot start, arc force and VRD settings. The hot start increases current at the start of welding to prevent electrode sticking, while arc force ensures arc stability for better penetration and weld quality. The VRD feature lowers arc voltage when the welder is inactive to reduce the risk of electric shock.
- Synergic Control: This arc welder machine features synergic control that automatically matches current and electrode diameter, and allows you to manually adjust the current as needed. The arc welding machine has a built-in advanced MCU control system, Digital PWM and IGBT inverter technology to enhance welding efficiency, making it ideal for both beginners and professionals.
