10 BOARD FEET FAS KILN DRIED WHITE OAK LUMBER

Your bid is for 10 board foot of 4/4 kiln dried FAS1F+ White Oak lumber.  This lumber is all approximately 1" thick.  Widths range from 5" to 10" wide.  Lengths will be 46".  Kiln dried to 6-8% moisture content.  This is our highest grade of White Oak.  Longer lengths are always available for pickup.  Shipping to your door is will be by UPS for this item lengths.  If you wish to pick up lumber in full lengths buyer must pickup merchandise by appointment only!  FREE delivery within the 48 states!

A great value for the wood shop.  Ask any questions BEFORE bidding. If you have customer lumber you need send us an e-mail.  We deal mainly in oak, maple, cherry, walnut, sycamore, hackberry, ash, and poplar.

Shipping: Shipping to your door is will be by UPS for this item in 4' lengths or if you wish to pick up lumber in full lengths buyer must pickup merchandise by appointment only!

Payment:
  • Full payment is due within five (5) business days of notice of award. Winning bidder will receive email with payment instructions.
  • We can only ship to the confirmed address on file with Paypal if paying by Paypal.  Cash can only be accepted if picking up your lumber directly from our warehouse.

    		Tax:
  • IN State Tax is collected if buyer resides in the state of Indiana.

    • Important Information

    		Pre-sale Inspection: Items are usually available for inspection weekdays (excluding holidays) from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by appointment only.  For refund or exchange item must be returned at buyers expense.  There are no exceptions.  We will refund the entire payment amount including original amount paid for shipping OR pay to return replacements to you.

    		Local Pickup:
  • Pickup must occur, by appointment, within 10 business days of receipt of property release. Buyer will be responsible for bid amount plus Indiana sales tax of 7% plus $10.00 handling. If picking up items directly from our warehouse DO NOT send Paypal payment.  You must pay in cash at pickup if items are not shipped by a trackable carrier. If you do not agree with these terms of pickup please do not bid. 
    		•

    		Pickup Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (weekends by appointment).

    		Directions: Unless otherwise stated items are located at the Brazil, Indiana warehouse in Brazil, Indiana. Information on how to reach the warehouse will be provided to winning bidder that wish to pickup merchandise in person.

    		Default: All property not picked up within 10 days reverts to Green Valley Wood Products, LLC, with no financial compensation made to buyer. No refunds will be given for items paid for and not picked up within this time frame! Please pick up your items promptly!
