- New Items: Returns ARE NOT accepted for OPENED NEW items if they were shipped to you in sealed condition! If the item remains unopened and in the exact same condition that it was shipped to you, you may return it for a refund. New items that are not in sealed packaging are accepted for returns if the item is in the exact same condition that it was shipped to you.
- Used Items: Refunds will be given for returned used items if the item is returned in the exact same condition that it was sent to you. Please check the listing for additional return information.
- Shipping Damage: If items are damaged during the shipping process, YOU MUST send pictures of the damages to the product so I can submit a claim to the shipping agency and process your refund.
