Vintage Chapman candlestick holder hurricane brass leaves candle ornate regency

Very heavy candlestick holder. Not sure if this was supposed to have a glass hurricane around it, but can certainly be used as is. Not sure of the metal content....could be silver, pewter or brass....your guess is as good as mine. Take a look at the photos to see this lovely item. From 1991.
