Last picture shows the skates that these wheels and laces came from. These were found in storage and were falling apart. Whatever type of rubber they were made of was cracked. Thought maybe someone had use for replacement parts since these are a vintage pair of skates. Probably 1980s-90's.

The skates that they came from were a boys size 8
