A previous owner has penciled in devil's horns, mustache, goatee & facial wrinkles upon Alfred's face on the front cover -- plus there is a 1" vertical tear along the front upper spine edge, as well as a 1" vertical tear along the upper rear spine edge, with exposed spine fray in between both -- plus a 1-9/16" tear at the rear lower right corner -- plus multiple penciled notations on the rear cover -- spine leans  to the right, with 2 top to bottom spine creases, plus a 2-1/2" spine tear at mid-spine -- otherwise typical "well-used"  condition for a digest-sized magazine of over 50 years, with wear & chipping to edges & corners, plus creases, scratches, folds, indentations, lesser tears, rub-wear, browning pages, soiling, etc -- overall condition no better than FAIR
