Hollywood Starlet Autograph 1930 Photo Olga Berkelk? to Milton Owen Australia

This is a regal and gorgeous photograph autographed by Olga Birkelk of Birkhelk or…” to Milton Owen. I cannot find anything on this lady using the spelling I have correctly or incorrectly defined? But in regard to Milton Owen here is what I found: 

Milton Owen was born on September 27, 1891 in Melbourne, Victoria Australia. He was an actor, known for The Exile (1947) and The Great Garrick (1937). He died on October 2, 1969 in Los Angeles, California.

The autograph is dated 1930 and my assumption is that this lady is an actress, theatre star or socialite. My inability to gather her last name correctly is likely the cause.

Any help by my fellow E-Bayers would be greatly appreciated.
