For your consideration I am offering an exceedingly rare crate label of  Thurbers' Succotash that dates from the 19th century. This label came out of scrapbook that belonged to Ralph Blaisdell of Providence, Rhode Island as a teenager. Ralph later became a Railroad executive with a number of Rail companies out west to the south in a storied career.  Everything Ralph accumlated in this incredible scrapbook dated from the 1870’s through 1880’s.
