Exceedingly rare State of Mississippi judge appointment of William Louis Sharkey to the HIGH Court of Errors & Appeals signed by Governor Alexander Gallatin McNutt in 1842.
12 1/2 x 15 inches/ Document appears to be on vellum or rag paper.
​Condition issues but it still presents handsomely. Early southern documents are as rare as hens teeth on a white buffalo and this one is no exception.
