Wear & chipping to edges & corners, with scratches, indentations, rub-wear & soiling, plus the following - FRONT COVER:  Vertical reader crease right of spine, Xd by 3/8" crease at top left corner; 1-13/16" crease parallel w/upper spine edge, w/ 1/2" crease above; 3/8" crease upper left midcover; 5/16" crease midcover; 3/4" corner crease lower right corner; 5/16" crease mid-lower edge; 7/16" crease upper right edge, near sticker residue. - SPINE:  Lean to right; slight bowing; faint partial vertical crease from lower edge. - BACK COVER:  Vertical reader crease left of spine; yellowing & browning; 1-7/16" crease left top edge; 5/16" crease upper midcover; 3/4" crease mid-lower edge. - INTERIOR:  Browning pages/inside covers; penciled ".50" at front right inside cover. -- OVERALL CONDITION = Good


While the copyright page states this this is the "First Collier Books Edition 1962," that seems unlikely, since the rear cover clearly includes the book #02007 (a numbering system not in use until several years later).
