Excellent used condition as flag ends are stiff and bent.  Some white , staining to flag ends and orange trim as shown.  Please see pictures for condition.  Measures approx. 17.75" long

Because of the length, shipping costs are quoted with pennant sent in a 12 x 12 x 12 box to save on shipping.  If you want item to lay flat, Shipping will have to change.
