This 1970's Vintage, Clear Etched Glass Bud Vase is by Princess House. 

It is Etched on the Bowl Section and Upper Top,It has a Scalloped Top and A Copper Metal Bottom

This Bud Vase  measures :

5-3/4" High approx. and  2-1/2" Wide at the Base approx.
