Joe Harris (1876-1933) was the proprietor of Joe Harris Seaman's Outfitter's, a uniform and outfitting store on Market Street, San Francisco, California. He was highly respected along the waterfront for many years.

Leather Snaps do not work. Label inside shows the joe harris Mark on both boards.
