Pleated top creates a bottom scallop, stripe tie accents. 

Gimp and tassel trim at bottom edge, fully lined, interlined and weighted.

RARE! Measures: 106" W x 16" L; includes 1" tab, plus tassels and ties. 

Tie-tops (7) were used for display. Valance measures 180" wide at bottom.
