Missing a few of the accessories & the apples sign that would be placed on the top of

the house. 

Small portion of the roof has broken off and has been glued back on with Gorilla

Glue(right side arch) tiny chip on the front side arch, light works. House is otherwise

in nice shape.  Box and Styrofoam housing has minor flaws/wear.  

Requires 3 AA batteries(not included)
