It is in VERY GOOD condition with tight, crisp, clean pages and light shelf wear for it's age--there is a name, etc info written on the inside front cover by a previous owner, and it looks like there has been some glue put on the cover/page crease that really did not do much, LOL--no biggie--I think it looks FABULOUS!
