MOVADO EARLY CHRONOGRAPH HISTORY:

Towards the end of the 1930s, Movado introduced Chronographs into their portfolio for the first time, all mounting totally-in-house movements. These were the M90 and the M95 calibers. One easy way to tell the difference between the two is that the M90, first released in 1938, had 2 sub-dials (Such as this Rare model offered herein). The M95 was made just a year after the M90, in 1939, and had 3 sub-dials. Many of Movado’s signature items, such as their famous Chronographs, were sold in Designer collaboration and simultaneously bearing another company’s name, such as Tiffany & Co. (as per this model), Hermes, or even Cartier. This Rare Vintage Chronograph is an amazing pre-mid 20th century Dual Makers format with Double Signatures in Tiffany-Movado Hi-Style.
