Scratches and scuffs.

This is a marriage piece put together by it previous owner. The B&O has nothing to do with the buttons on the side and the badge on the front is actually a lapel badge, not a hat badge.

The buttons on the side say St Louis F.D.

The lapel badge on the front says B&O.

There is a Stix Baer and Fuller tag on the inside.

Please say pictures for measurements, as there was no indication of size.
