Hard to find original 3rd Annual 1936 Frontier Days in Bakersfield California Kern County Program (cover only).
Framed in Glass. We have not removed it from the frame but it appears to be the cover only.

Bold red text with a awesome graphic on a bright yellow cover.

Has staining, rips, folding and other signs of age and wear.

Great for that Bakersfield History Buck Owens Western Cowboy Cowgirl Rodeo fan in your life.

Very rare.

Items like this do not pop up often aside from the reproductions mentioned below.

The 4th Annual Bakersfield Frontier Days is heavily reproduced since 2017 that I'm aware of. They initially incorrectly dated the 4th Annual as 1936. They later corrected their mistake and dated it 1937. I see modern made 4th Annual 1937 programs, 18" x 12" prints, metal signs, magnets and posters with many of those sellers trying to pass them off as original.
