We support recent generation IOS & Android devices running IOS11+ or Android 9+. Please note, app compatibility is different to The Virtuali-Tee due to updated technology.

Shipping:

We ship to USA via USPS and Fedex and to other destinations via USPS and Fedex.
We do ship internationally.
Payment must be made within 7 days after auction closing.
S&H charges includes fees incurred from mailing costs, and the time and effort for packaging and shipping.
Shipping times are approximate estimates.
Unpaid item disputes will be filed for non-paying bidders.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product back in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
Shipping is no refundable (Please request an RMA to do so). Buyer pays the return fees.
In the event of faulty product, inform us within 30 days. A Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) will be issued and return instructions will be provided. A replacement will be sent once the defective item is received.
