You're bidding on a game entitled The Really Nasty Horse Racing Game from Upstarts, published in 1989. The game is complete with instructions.

The box lid has a 1 inch split in one corner (see picture); the box itself has a smaller split (also see pictures). The box lid has quite a bit of wear, especially along the edges and corners. There are a couple of small dents along the edge of the lid as well. The bottom has some light wear. One horse has lost its tail (see pictures - I am calling him Stubs). The cards have some minor wear. The original pen has dried up (the white one in the picture); you will receive a working black pen that did not originally come with the game. Everything else has some light wear - the scoring pads seem to be mostly there (see pictures).
